Q:訂購及付款方法 How to order and purchase

A:
點選您喜愛的產品,按「加入購物籃」。若繼續購物,可先關閉購物籃頁面;若完成選購,則按「結算」(Check Out)。
While browsing through our products, click on "Add to Shopping Cart" to add it to your shopping cart. If you'd like to continue shopping afterward, feel free to close the Shopping Cart page. Once you are ready, please click on "Check Out" finalize your shopping.
進入付款頁面,可登入您的Paypal戶口進行付款;若沒有Paypal戶口,可直接輸入Visa信用卡資料付款(香港地區用戶只接受Visa),並必須填寫個人資料、運送地址及聯絡電郵。
Our Payment Page includes two payment options: Paypal and credit card. For Paypal, simply sign on to your Paypal account. To pay by credit card, please provide us your credit card information (Visa card only if you are in Hong Kong.) In addition, you will be required to enter your personal information, shipping address, and email address so that we can contact you regarding to your order.
按「檢視並繼續」(Review and Continue)確定資料無誤,按「立即付款」(Pay Now)確認付款。
Once you've given us all the information above, click on "Review and Continue" to confirm. When you are ready, click "Pay Now" to finalize your purchase.
付款完成,您會立即收到確認付款的Paypal電郵通知。
As soon as we verify your payment, you will receive an email from Paypal to confirm the transaction.

 

 

Q:暫時缺貨 Out-of-stock Items

A:
若您唯一選購之產品暫時缺貨,您將會在「結算」(Check Out)時看到缺貨提示,您可按「繼續購物」(Continue Shopping)後只需填寫聯絡表格及填上你的電郵地址。當可從本網站購買 時,我們會通知您。
If ALL items in your shopping cart are out of stock, you will see the reminder during Check Out. If you'd like to continue your purchase, simply click on "Continue Shopping" and fill up the contact form on the screen, as well as your email address. As soon as they are available, we will notify you right away.
如您選購多於一項貨品,貨品中包括有「暫時缺貨」之產品,您將會在「結算」時看到「暫時缺貨」(Sold Out)紅字提示,此時系統仍會顯示包括「暫時缺貨」產品的總金額,而當 您填寫信用卡等資料再按「檢視並繼續」(Review and Continue)後,「暫時缺貨」之金額會即時移除。確定資料無誤,按「立即付款」(Pay Now)確認付款。
If your shopping cart contains SOME items that are temporarily not available, you will see the "Sold Out" reminder during Check Out. Although initially the total amount displayed on the Check Out screen still includes those out-of-stock items, rest assure and they will be excluded right away after you provide us with your credit card information and click on "Review and Continue". Once you verify the final amount, you can click on "Pay Now" to commit your payment.
付款完成,您會立即收到確認付款的Paypal電郵通知。
As soon as we receive your payment, you will receive an email from Paypal to confirm the transaction.

 

 

Q:運送時間 Delivery

A:
當收到您的訂單後, 本網站會盡快處理包裝及付運,以確保您能於至7﹣10個工作天內收到產品,個別貨品送抵時間仍須視乎您所選的運送目的地及送貨方式。
After receiving your order, we will start preparing your shipment as soon as possible. In general, your order will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days. Some particular items, however, may take longer depending on destination and means of delivery.
請註意,所有列明的送貨時間均為預計運送時間,我們並不對貨品因海關政策或關稅而引起的運送延誤負責,國際郵遞的時間亦可能會受不同因素影響而延長,例如 聖誕節、農曆新年、復活節及其他長假期等。 雖然本網站並不能完全保證運送時間不受延誤,但我們會揭盡所能,為您盡快處理及付運訂單。
Please note that all delivery time-frames mentioned through out our web site are estimated only. We are not responsible for any delays caused by custom or duty. International delivery may take more time due to various reasons, such as Christmas, Chinese New Years, Easter, and other holidays and long weekends. Although we are not able to guarantee the exact delivery time-frame, we will do everything we can to expedite preparing and deliver your order.
本網站所顯示的工作天為香港時間星期一至五,早上九時至晚上六時,當中不包括在香港的公眾假期。星期一至五的訂單均會於下一工作天處理及付運;而星期六、日及公眾假期的訂單則會於緊接的工作天處理及付運。
The business days referred in our website are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Hong Kong time, not including Hong Kong holidays. Orders received on Monday through Friday will be processed and delivered in the following day. However, orders received on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed and delivered in the following business day.
請注意:由於歐洲部分地區(英國,法國,德國)的海關入口審查需時較長,因此部份訂單的運送時間可能需要三至四星期。
Please also note that some EU countries (for instance, UK, France, and Germany) require extended custom process and verification. Therefore orders to Europe may take 3 to 4 weeks, or even longer, to deliver. If you experience such delay, please contact us immediately. We'd be glad to follow up for you.

Q : 無法派送的訂單 Undelivered orders

A:
部份訂單會因收貨地址不詳、郵政信箱、酒店地址、多次派送均無人收件、收件人拒絕繳付稅項/ 拒絕提供身份證/ 未能為貨物進行報關或收件人拒收包裹等原因而被退回。
Some orders may not be delivered successfully and returned by the postal service due to - incorrect address, - shipped to mailbox or hotel - unable to contact recipient after multiple delivery attempts - recipients refuse to cover additional duty and/or to provide identification for verification - recipients fail to file custom reports - recipients simply reject the package.
當郵遞公司將包裹退回給我們時,我們會在退款中扣除原本的運費、手續費及產品總額的百分之二十﹝如被退回的訂單是送往香港地址,我們將會在退款中扣除原本的運費、手續費 ﹞作為退回訂單處理費,餘數將經由 Paypal系統中退回及處理。
Refund Policies: We will be glad to refund your order if it was undeliverable and returned by the postal service. Your refund will be calculated based on followings: - For orders shipped OUTSIDE of Hong Kong: we will deduct the shipping and handling fee, plus restocking fee (20% of the amount of your order) - For orders shipped to Hong Kong: we will deduct the shipping and handling fee The remaining amount will be refunded to you via Paypal system.
我們可以為客人再次付運被退回的包裹,但客人需要支付再次付運的郵費,郵費分別為香港地區HK$25,台灣地區NT$70並按每件包裹計算。
We will be willing to re-ship your order which was previously returned, but you will have to pay for the shipping fee again, based on the original shipping destination. Standard shipping fee (per package) to Hong Kong is HK$25, and NT$70 to Taiwan. For other countries/regions, the amount of shipping fee may vary.
* 再次付運的郵費是根據你訂單原本的送貨方式及郵遞國家/地區而定。
